THe ChamPions Of Charity ^_^
From JabbaWockeeZ, to Super Cr3w, to Quest Crew, to We Are Heroes, and now our newest champions Poreotix, join their amazing talents for great causes for The Champions For Charity. Each of our ABDC champions will dedicated their performances to 5 very special people, after the finish, the champions will present $10,000 donation to the five people. To kick off the episode, what is a better way than all 5 champs take the stage to "All I Do Is Win" by DJ Khaled, welcoming Poreotix to the winners circle.

JabbaWockeeZ is an all-male modern dance/hip hop crew from San Diego who won the first season of the reality dance competition America's Best Dance Crew. Since winning, the group has gained greater exposure by appearing in various music videos and commercials, touring internationally, and performing with Shaquille O' Neal at the 2009 NBA All-Star Game. They are known for wearing plain white masks and gloves in order to encourage audiences to focus on their movements as a group instead of on individual dancers. Their name is derived from the Lewis Carroll poem "Jabberwocky" about the eponymous mythical dragon.
Phil "Swaggerboy" Tayag, Kevin "KB" Brewer, and Joe "Emajoenation" Larot began performing as a trio called "Three Musky" while wearing white masks and gloves. The mask and glove motif was adopted as a tribute to the 1960s San Francisco strutting crew Medea Sirkas.
Established in 2003 in San Diego, California, the idea of the Jabbawockeez is the brainchild of the “Three Musky” who wanted to showcase freestyle dance.The name "Jabbawockeez", coined by Joe Larot, was inspired by the fantastical monster from the Lewis Carroll nonsense poem. The white masks and gloves from Phil, Kevin, and Joe's performances as Three Musky were adopted as the visual signature of the group. In San Diego, through Gary's connections, the Jabbawockeez added b-boys Rynan "Kid Rainen" Paguio and Chris "Cristyle" Gatdula to the group. The original seven-member iteration of Jabbawockeez began performing as a group in 2004. This lineup consisted of Gary, Randy, Phil, Kevin, Joe, Rainen, and Chris.
Jabbawockeez rounded out their numbers with additional members, bringing their total to eleven. PhoenixLos Angeles area auditions imaryand performances, and earned a spot in the Jabbawockeez by battling Kevin Brewer. Members of the Jabbawockeez also formed their own hip-hop dance groups in the California area. Phil Tayag founded Boogie Monstarz in 2003, Kevin Brewer founded SuperGalacticBeatManipulators in 2005, and Joe Larot founded Press P.L.A.Y. in 2006. These three groups became part of a larger dance collective with JabbaWockeeZ called Family Royale.
In 2007, the Jabbawockeez appeared on the second season of America's Got Talent. Performing with nine members, the group was eliminated in the Las Vegas callbacks episode.
Gary Kendall died from complications from pneumonia and meningitis on December 14, 2007, shortly before the group was to begin auditions for the first season of America's Best Dance Crew. As the mentor figure of the group, Kendall had advocated for the Jabbawockeez to seek national exposure by auditioning for reality dance competition shows like America's Got Talent and America's Best Dance Crew.
The JabbaWockeeZ auditioned a seven-member contingent for the first season of America's Best Dance Crew, because of crew member limits imposed by the show. Originally, the ABDC group was supposed to consist of Gary Kendall, Phil Tayag, Kevin Brewer, Joe Larot, Rynan Paguio, Chris Gatdula, and Phi Nguyen. However, Gary had died that year, and Joe suffered a knee injury during the audition rounds. The group chose Ben Chung to replace Joe on the show and left Gary's spot vacant, proceeding with six members.
In a deliberate decision to portray their performances on the show as a cohesive whole, all of the JabbaWockeeZ' performances on America's Best Dance Crew began in the same formation in which the previous week's performance had ended. The Evolution of Street Dance performance in week seven and the group performances with other crews were the only exceptions.

Super Crew
Super Cr3w (pronounced "Super Crew" and also spelled "Super CR3W") is an all-male b-boy crew from Las Vegas, Nevada who won the 2nd season of America's Best Dance Crew.
"JabbaWockeeZ" and "Super CR3W" have a very unique history together. Cristyle is a member of "Full Force Crew" with original "Super CR3W" member Ronnieboy before their ABDC wins. And in recent years, fellow '"JabbaWockeez" member Kid Rainen, had joined "Full Force", later adding "Super CR3W" members Do-Knock, Vex, & Rockadile to the crew. In May 2010, Jabbawockeez had their own show at the MGM Grand in Vegas and asked Ronnie, Do-Knock, Ben, and Rock from Super Cr3w to perform with them. Super Cr3w dressed up in masks and danced with the Jabbawockeez. The connection between the two crews is so strong that they often call themselves the "Super Wockeez" when they are together.
Super Cr3w became America's Best Dance Crew's season two champions in August 2008.
Week 0: Live Audition’s Special
Aired on June 7, 2008 Super CR3W was introduced to audiences through a series of questions by judges JC Chasez, Shane Sparks and Lil Mama. JC Chasez asked to hear more about the "very accomplished B-boys" in the crew, to which Do-Knock replied about having "some nasty cats" on his squad, stating members' individual accomplishments such as Ronnie's 2007 Red Bull BC One championship, Murda and Ben's two-time Battle of the Year wins, and his own Star Search win.[1]
Week 1: Crew's Choice Challenge

Each crew performed to songs of their own choosing. Super CR3W selected the song "Get Up Offa That Thing" by James Brown and performed in Ninja costumes.[2] Accordingly, their dance moves were Ninja-influenced. Super CR3W was in the bottom 5, but after their performance to "Get Up Offa That Thing", Super CR3W's fanbase quickly grew and Super Cr3w became one of the top contenders. Taboo from the Black Eyed Peas was seen during this episode holding up the Super CR3W hand sign right after their performance.
Week 2: Video Star Challenge

Each crew was given a different video with a dance sequence in it, which they had to perform while keeping their own style as a crew.[3] Super CR3W was given the music video for "Run It!" by Chris Brown. They used the element of krumping from the video and mixed it in with B-boy moves such as the deuce deuce. JC Chasez said afterward that he saw more tricks than dancing and would like to see actual dance moves incorporated into their next performance, to which Shane Sparks countered to by saying break dancing and tricks is dancing. hey!
Week 3: Rock The Title Challenge

Each crew was given a song whose title was used as inspiration for their dance. Super CR3W received the song "We Fly High" by Jim Jones. As part of the challenge, they dressed in Clark Kent uniforms and performed "flying" moves such as Ben's air flare and the crew's airplane transformation. The judges, especially Shane Sparks, were ecstatic with Super CR3W's performance, complimenting the crew's ability to complete the challenge they were given. Chris Gatdula, member of The Jabbawockeez, Super CR3W and Full Force, from season 1 of America’s Best Dance Crew were seen wearing Super CR3W's t-shirts and cheering for them.[4]
] Week 4: Speed Up Challenge
- Aired on July 10, 2008
Crews must transition from a slow song to a faster one while still remaining on beat.[6] Super CR3W chose the song “Creator” by Santogold. Jon Cruz dressed as a graffiti artist while the rest of the crew were painted gold to replicate gold statues. For the challenge, the crew used the 6-step B-boy move at an incrementing speed to transition from slow to fast.[5]
Week 5: Janet Jackson Challenge
- Aired on July 17, 2008
Each crew was given a Janet Jackson song and had to incorporate some of her moves into their dance, similar to the Michael Jackson challenge of Season 1.[7] Super CR3W received Black Cat by Janet Jackson. For the first time ever, Super CR3W was in the bottom two against A.S.I.I.D. However, Super Cr3w managed to beat A.S.I.I.D and remain in the competition. Shane Sparks told Super Cr3w that "they're finally back!"[6]
] Week 6: Bring The Beat Challenge

Each crew was given a song and a school subject to use as the theme for this week's prop-oriented dance routines. Super CR3W was given the song "Don't Touch Me" by Busta Rhymes and the subject of basketball. For the second time in the show (and in a row), they were in the bottom two, this time against Supreme Soul, but once again they were saved from elimination.[7]
Week 7: Missy Elliott Challenge
- Aired on July 31, 2008
Each crew was given a song by Missy Elliott and had to adapt the videos' innovative footwork to showcase their own style. Super CR3W was given the song "We Run This" by Missy Elliott They were not in the bottom 2 this time. All three judges gave them praise and positive feedback, and guest judge Missy Elliott[8] claimed Super CR3W's choreography was so hot, they made her video "look wack" as a compliment to show how great their performance was.
Week 8: Blast From The Past Challege

- Challenge #1: Groove Step Challenge
Using the songs Bust A Move by Young MC, Humpty Dance by Digital Underground and Word Up by Cameo, Super CR3W had to create a routine using a dance from the 80s. Like the "Dance Craze Challenge" from Season 1, crews were given a physical challenge to complete during their routine. Super CR3W had to perform the Humpty Dance with only 4 feet on the floor.

PoreoTics
Poreotics, also known as Poreotix, is an all-male dance crew from Westminster, California. The crew was formed in 2007 and specializes in popping, choreography and robotics, hence the name Po-reo-tics. They have performed in numerous hip hop dance competitions, most notably coming in 1st place in the USA division of the 2009 Hip-Hop Internationals[1] and in other dance programs and competitions including the Vibe 15, FUSION X, Body Rock, and World Of Dance. On April 8, 2010, they were crowned the champions on the fifth season of America's Best Dance Crew.[2]
They are known for their shaded, dark glasses, which they wear for all of their performances. As Jet-Li said, they wear the shades because it gives them character.
Poreotics was formed in Westminster, California by Matt "Dumbo" Nguyen, Can Nguyen, and Charles Nguyen in December 2007.[3] Subsequently the group expanded with new members Lawrence "Law" Devera and Justin "Jet-Li" Valles. In 2009, the team chose Chad Mayate to substitute for Justin Valles in the 2009 Hip Hop Dance Championships. The team won first place and Chad Mayate became a permanent member.[4] Five out of the six crew members (Dumbo, Can, Charles, Law, and Chad) were also members of PAC Modern Dance Troupe. In 2008, both Matt (Dumbo) and Lawrence (Law) competed on Season 3 of America's Got Talent with the crew Sick Step.
Their life
Dumbo claims that they never had any money when they tried out for America's Best Dance Crew. All of them have gone to college but have yet to finish. Chad went for clinical lab science, Lawrence went for radiology, Jet Li went for kinesiology, Can went for visual communication, Dumbo went for cosmetology, and Charles went for educational training. Before Poreotics auditioned for America's Best Dance Crew, Jet Li's dad was put in the hospital for liver and kidney failure. He knew that even though his dad was in the hospital, he could still go on knowing that he was there in his heart.

Quest Crew is an American hip-hop dance crew from Los Angeles, California who were declared winners of the third season of America's Best Dance Crew.[1] They made their first few appearances individually on shows like So You Think You Can Dance and at events such as Kollaboration 8 and World of Dance.
"Quest Crew" was named America's Best Dance Crew for Season 3 of the show and consists of Hokuto "Hok" Konishi, Ryan "Ryanimay" Conferido, Dominic "D-Trix" Sandoval, Steve Terada, Ryan "Feng" Feng, Victor Kim, Aris "Sfffeee" Paracuelles, Andy "Rocket Man" Luo, Brian Hirano and Lydia Paek. A number of the team members originally performed with the SickStep dance troupe, but later joined other dancers to form Quest. D-Trix and Victor Kim are also part of the world famous b-boy crew Flexible Flav which recently won Freestyle session in 2008 and placed second at Kb-boy World Masters in Korea in 2008.
The crew's name reflects the influence that the Quest Learning Center, located in Artesia, California, has had on the group.[2] Individually Ryan appeared on the first season of So You Think You Can Dance while Hok and Dominic appeared on the third season. During the third season, Hok and his partner Jaimie Goodwin performed a jazz routine called The Hummingbird and the Flower which was choreographed by Wade Robson. Robson later won a Primetime Emmy Award for Outstanding Choreography for this routine. Steve Terada is a well established extreme martial artist and tricker.[3][4] He appeared in the Black Eyed Peas "Pump It" music video,[5] and has also appeared in the film Memoirs of a Geisha.[6] Brian Hirano appeared in Natasha Bedingfield music video "Pocketful Of Sunshine".[7] The entire crew appeared in the Far East Movement music video "Dance Like Michael Jackson".[8] Quest Crew also performed on Idol Gives Back in 2008,[9] and toured with Gloria Estefan and Sheila E.[10] Later on seven of the members, Ryan, Dominic, Hok, Steve, Victor, Feng, and Brian, represented the crew on the third season of MTV's America's Best Dance Crew, winning the competition on March 5, 2009. Lydia Paek also appeared in the third season of America's Best Dance Crew, but due to the seven member cap, she performed with the Boxcuttuhz crew instead.

America's Best Dance Crew Season 3
In 2009 Quest Crew became the winners of season three of America's Best Dance Crew. The seven members who competed were Hok, Feng, D-Trix, Brian, Victor, Steve, and Ryan. Lydia Paek, who is also a member of Quest Crew, decided to perform with the Boxcuttuhz due to the show's 7 member limit rule, meaning she could not dance with Quest.[11] Aris Paracuelles and Andy Luo didn't compete due to the seven member limit. Quest Crew originally auditioned for season one but were unable to take part of the show because crew members D-Trix and Hok's original contract with So You Think You Can Dance.
